Great material for those wishing to go through the process of learning to Snowboard. Practice tips and corresponding videos are very well laid out and simplified to get you moving down the hill in a controlled fashion. I wish I had something like this when I went through the Bruised and Painful process of learnig to snowboard 20 years ago. Thanks for the effort in putting out such a Quality Learning Product. --Luis

I highly recommend this DVD for anyone who is just starting out riding. It helps you get familiar with your board and potential movements on it with inside exercises and on snow movements. They cover a lot of things that just having a friend teach you would miss. Like using your knees as joysticks to ride in the direction you want. That simple explanation helped me more than I can say. So yes, get the DVD, even if you know how to ride. It is a good refresher.
I love this DVD!! It shows you everything you need to know make your first day on your board the best. I like the indoor training, so you can practice indoors to be better prepared to ride. We are using this DVD to help teach our youth how to ride, the tips are very simple, yet extremely useful, its like having a private coach. Liz
