We cover inverts for the first time, breaking down backflips so you can start learn them safely with easy progressions.

If you’re already hitting medium to large sized jumps, and are comfortable spinning frontside and backside this video is perfect for you. Backflips are a super fun trick that drops jaws and can be done just about anywhere. They also open the door for corked spins, rodeos, and more advanced jumping tricks.
